1. Delivery Areas.
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa, unfortunately no international shipping at this point.

2. Shipping Fees.

• Standard delivery is R130
• Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

ZIZI reserves the right to update shipping rates when necessary.

3. Order Processing.
Please allow 7–10 business days for production and delivery. 
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Delivery Timeframes.
Once shipped out, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, high-volume periods, or regional delays.

5. Order Tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking details.

You may use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.

6. Delivery Address Responsibility.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout.
ZIZI cannot be held responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Failed deliveries due to inaccurate contact information
  If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the courier may:

• Attempt redelivery, or
• Hold the parcel at a designated collection point It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with the courier where required.
  

8. Shipping Limitations
Certain items may be subject to special shipping considerations based on size, weight, or packaging requirements

ZIZI reserves the right to adjust shipping price and arrangements if necessary

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging your order securely.
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. However, if your package arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist in resolving the matter.
